Resolved Question: Can anyone tell me the name of the BBQ place that sets up at the Benton Franklin Fair in Kennewick, WA?

They had such great BBQ! It was set up between the Snow Cone vendor and the Knights of Columbus Ice Cream place. Their food was excellent. You could choose from Pulled Pork or Brisket, in a sandwich or a loaded stuffed potato. I wish I had checked their name! I am hoping they have a local place to go get some year round!
